In that its plugged into a PC with a USB –> Serial Adapter and Weather Underground updated when it should have.
Fingers crossed…

Solved by having to spend £30 on a decent(!) USB –> Serial adapter and about £50 on Weather Display. Still, it’s working now and I get to see how really, really cold it is now.
The live weather page now reside at Weather Display Live. Crap not updated very often web page is at Weather.
